Bryan R. Littin

Commander (SEAL) USN (Ret)

Mr. Littin, a native of Littleton, Colorado, enlisted in the United States Navy on January 17, 1989. He attended Hospital Corpsman “A” School in Great Lakes, IL. During “A” school, Bryan was selected to attend Basic Underwater Demolition/SEAL (BUD/S) training in Coronado, CA and graduated with BUD/S Class 165 in March 1990.

He was assigned to SEAL Team THREE from 1990-1996. While there, he made three Southwest Asia SPECOPS deployments supporting Operation SOUTHERN WATCH, and one WESTPAC deployment.

In January 1996, Mr. Littin was selected to attend the Navy’s 54-week Surface Force Independent Duty Corpsman (SFIDC) school in San Diego, CA where he graduated with Honors and Distinction. Following SFIDC school, he completed the requirements for the Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic (EMT-P) certification, and reported to SEAL Team ONE in Coronado, CA.

From 1997 to 2002, Mr. Littin was assigned to SEAL Team ONE completing multiple WESTPAC and USCENTCOM deployments, and was an instructor with the Training Cell teaching Close Quarter Combat tactics, techniques, and procedures.

In 2000, Mr. Littin was selected as the SEAL Team ONE Sailor of the Year; Naval Special Warfare Group ONE Sailor of the Year; and the Commander, Naval Special Warfare Command Sailor of the Year - ranked #1 out of 1300 SEAL warriors.

In 2001, he was selected to the rank of Chief Petty Officer, and served as the Leading Chief Petty Officer deploying with Naval Special Warfare’s first Squadron to USCENTCOM in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.

In 2003, Mr. Littin was selected into the Naval Special Warfare Limited Duty Officer (LDO) program, and was commissioned as an Ensign in 2004. As a commissioned naval officer in Coronado, CA, he served as the Combat Systems Officer and Operations Officer for the Naval Special Warfare Group ONE Logistics Support Unit, and as the Advanced Training Officer for SEAL Team SEVEN.

In 2008, Mr. Littin transferred to Washington D.C. where he served with Program Manager Ships, Naval Special Warfare (PMS 340) until his retirement from the Navy in 2023. He completed his Master’s degree (MBA-Leadership) and earned exclusive membership into the Acquisition Professional (AP) community for Program Management. He served as the Project Officer for numerous classified programs supporting Naval Special Warfare; as the Deputy Technical Director for Science and Technology managing multiple developmental efforts; and managing a classified national program’s integration and sustainment activities.

Mr. Littin resides in Annapolis, Maryland with his wife Joaney, daughter Caleigh, and son Andrew. He and Joaney are also the proud grandparents of Jack and Graham Teichmann who reside in Loveland, Colorado with daughter Alyssa and son-in-law Ben Gindl.
